Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that he will be releasing Secretary Clinton’s emails from her time at the State Department before the 2020 presidential election. He said these emails will be released in a way that is very public.
“We’ve got the emails. We’re getting them out. We’re going to get all of this information out so the American people can see it,” the secretary said.
“You’ll remember there was classified information on a private server. It should have never been there. Hillary Clinton should never have done that. It was unacceptable behavior,” the secretary continued.
Secretary Clinton came under heavy scrutiny when she used a private email server in violation of federal law. This was something that was heavy in the 2016 presidential election it is currently under investigation.
Secretary Pompeo promised to protect national security when they release the emails and they would only release the information that needed to get out and expose the criminal activity by Secretary Clinton.
